2. Enrollment & Registration
- To start classes, students or parents must complete a registration form or trial class request form.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Misrepresentation or false information may result in suspension or termination of your account or classes.
- All students under 18 must have parental or guardian supervision during registration and learning sessions.
3. Trial Classes
We offer free trial classes so you can experience our teaching system before starting regular sessions.
Trial classes are subject to teacher availability and may be rescheduled if necessary.
After the trial, you may continue with a paid monthly subscription based on the chosen course plan.
4. Class Scheduling & Attendance
- Classes are conducted online via Zoom, Skype, or similar platforms.
- Students are expected to attend their scheduled sessions on time.
- If a student cannot attend, a 24-hour prior notice is required to reschedule the class.
- Frequent absences or delays without notice may affect class continuity and scheduling priority.
Our administration reserves the right to reschedule classes in case of teacher illness, system maintenance, or religious/public holidays.
5. Payments & Fees
- All class fees must be paid in advance according to the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
- Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in class suspension until dues are cleared.
- Fees are non-transferable between students or family members.
Refund Policy
We aim for full satisfaction, but if you are not satisfied within the first week of regular classes, you may request a partial refund after administrative review.
Refunds are not provided for completed or missed classes without valid notice.
6. Teacher & Student Conduct
We expect respectful and ethical behavior from both teachers and students.
- Students must maintain discipline and Islamic etiquette during lessons.
- Teachers are expected to be punctual, professional, and polite.
- Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of Islamic ethics will lead to immediate termination of services.
Communication with teachers must always remain class-related and respectful. Scheduling and administrative matters should go through the academy’s official support team, not directly with teachers.

- Class updates and reminders via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Notifications about schedule changes, new programs, or administrative updates
You may opt out of promotional messages anytime by contacting our support team.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website — including text, lessons, videos, images, and digital materials — is the intellectual property of AlQalam Online Quran Academy.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:
- A student violates our code of conduct
- Payments are not made on time
- Misuse of teacher or academy resources occurs
In such cases, any pending dues or administrative fees may still apply.

Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
We use your data only for administrative and educational purposes and never share it with third parties without consent.
