5. Partial Refunds or Class Adjustments
In special cases, we may offer partial refunds or class credit adjustments instead of full refunds.
This decision is made after reviewing the situation by our administrative team.

If a teacher misses a class due to unavoidable reasons, we may reschedule or extend your course period — not deduct from your paid balance.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
